4. User Usage Guidelines

4.2. Account Information Requirements

Before submitting your device, you must:

• Remove all cases, covers, or accessories.
• Disclose any prior repair attempts or modifications.

4.3. Handling of Irregular Activity

Devices unclaimed for over 30 days after repair completion will be considered abandoned. After providing reasonable notice, we reserve the right to dispose of or sell such devices to recover unpaid service fees.

5. Payment and Settlement
